goCleaned provides residential cleaning services in Northern Virginia and Washington DC. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers.

All services are performed by our trained team members, Graciela and Sama, using professional-grade supplies and equipment.

Bookings are made through our website at gocleaned.com. All bookings are considered requests until confirmed by our team.

We will confirm your booking via text or email. If we cannot accommodate your requested date/time, we will suggest alternatives.

Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline a booking at our discretion.

All pricing is flat-rate based on home size and service type, not hourly.

The price quoted during booking is the price you pay — no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service.

We accept: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash.

Recurring service discounts: Weekly (30% off), Biweekly (25% off), Monthly (15% off). No contracts required — cancel anytime.

Promotional codes are subject to their specific terms and may have usage limits.

Gift cards never expire and can be applied to any service.

You are responsible for providing access to your home at the scheduled time. This may include: being home, providing a lockbox code, smart lock code, or coordinating with a doorman/concierge.

If we arrive and cannot access your home, and no alternative arrangement can be made within 15 minutes, a $50 lockout fee may apply.

Please secure any pets before our arrival or inform us about pet arrangements in your booking notes.

We are not responsible for pets that escape during a cleaning.

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.

If you are still not satisfied after the re-clean, we will issue a full refund for that cleaning.

The guarantee applies to the quality of cleaning performed, not to pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control.

Our cleaning services do NOT include: carpet steam cleaning, exterior windows, moving heavy furniture/appliances (over 25 lbs), biohazard/mold/hoarding cleanup, outdoor pressure washing, painting/repairs, pest control, or deep garage cleaning.

We are not responsible for damage to items that are improperly secured, excessively fragile, or in pre-existing poor condition.

We will notify you immediately if any accidental damage occurs during a cleaning.

While we take every precaution, accidents can happen. If we damage something during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will assess the damage and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the cost of the cleaning service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By booking with us, you agree to receive service-related communications via text message and email (booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups).

We may occasionally send promotional messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

We are available in both English and Spanish.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it at gocleaned.com/privacy.

We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
